RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUND POLICY

Here at BelleVie Inspired Creations, we place a high value on customer satisfaction. Though we believe that you will absolutely love our products and services because we poured our heart into creating and designing each one, we do, however, know that things do not always work out the way we want. So, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased from us, we are more than happy to issue you a refund, an exchange, or a store credit. However, services we've provided are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

BelleVie Inspired Creations accepts returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of shipping on qualifying unused, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.

NON-RETURNABLES/NON-REFUNDABLES

Used items, manipulated items, sale items, and items listed as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged. Services provided by BelleVie Events.

RETURN PROCESS

Please carefully pack your return. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges. For a complete expedited credit, please include complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Item(s) must reach us within 14 calendar days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the purchaser. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Note that some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Credits or refunds for sales and special offers are not applicable on prior purchases.

DEFECTS & DAMAGES

 If you received a defective or damaged item, please send us an email with pictures or a video of your item(s) with defects/damages and we will promptly initiate the replacement process. Replacements are subject to product availability. If we are unable to replace your item, a credit to your original form of payment will be issued.

TAKE NOTE

Please Verify your shipping address! Refunds and re-ships are NOT granted due to the wrong address being entered. If you do enter the wrong address, make sure that you alert us before your order reaches shipment status. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to make changes.
